I think it is important to come to an understanding of what happened. It is so hard to take--but facing it will be empowering. I have yet to embrace it completely even though I see it going on with my own eyes.
It is my hope to help others. The guilt is strong and the sorrows so many. But there is a beautiful field awaiting me I know--one I can run and jump and roll around in--maybe even bust my head on a rock and get amnesia==to be delightfully unaware of the past.
