If those newly planted churches were listed in the LW roster and subscribed to John as their apostle, I think they had to tithe to the LW coffers. Don't ever think it was an option. Some of those new churches. That sprung up may have had shepherd overseers. Not pastors but they had the authority. I was in one those churches. Cloudwatcher, I agree with you. G&M exploited the set up and cashed in.
